If you missed one of the connections because of a previous train delay and no free alternative was offered by the railway undertakings, your seller (the agency or booking platform) must:
- refund your tickets
- and pay you compensation of 75% of this amount within 30 days.
If at the time of purchase you were already informed by the seller that the journey was being operated by different railway undertakings and that they were not contractually linked, you are not entitled to a refund of the entire journey. You will only be entitled to compensation for the train that was delayed and not for the whole journey.
